Know before you go.

You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability upon check-in. Additional charges may apply.

  • Check-in time is 4:00 pm, and check-out time is 11:00 am.
  • We welcome children of all ages.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Extra bed by request is $35.00 per person, per night.
  • Major Credit Cards accepted.
  • Swimming pool opens Memorial Day and closes Columbus Day.
  • Studios, Hill House 1, and 1 Bedroom Suites are based on two guests but can accommodate up to four guests for an extra person’s fee for guests 12 years old and over.
  • Hill House 2 and our 2 Bedroom Suite is based on four guests but can accommodate up to six guests for an extra person’s fee for guests 12 years and over.

Cancelation Policy:
50% deposit is required for reservations of one week or longer. Payment in full on reservations of less than one week.
Payment is due at the time of booking. A rebooking fee equal to 10% of the total room charge for the reservation will be
applied to cancellations received Thirty (30) days or more prior to arrival. No refunds, credits or changes issued within
Thirty (30) days of arrival. 

ADA Accessibility

The Beachcomber Resort at Montauk website is ADA compliant, which assures it’s accessible to people with disabilities.

COVID-19

Covid-19 policies, social interactions, and workplace protocols will follow new health and safety regulations. As COVID-19 policies evolve, we will update our procedures, following New York State, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines.
